<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus for performing proper security processing even though a user does not perform a prescribed operation of image data required to maintain confidentiality. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus contains a storing means 31 for storing image data, a plurality of paper supplying parts 23 for supplying paper, and a printing means for obtaining a designation signal S for designating the paper supplying part 23 and paper of a designated paper supplying part 23. A security executing means is provided, which executes prescribed security securement processing on storing image data in the storing means 31 in accordance with the designated paper supplying part 23 and on reading the image data from the storing means 31.
