<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coded data changing apparatus or the like, capable of changing a signal, using even with a small delay. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with an calculation buffer 110 for storing input coded data, consisting of a plurality of coding units; a decoding circuit 130 for decoding the coded data stored in the calculation buffer; a changing circuit 140 for changing the initial coding unit of the decoded data and changing subsequent coding units decoded, depending on the change; a coding circuit 150 for re-coding the changed data; operation circuit 160 for determining whether the change is closed in the data in the buffer; and writing control circuit 180 for causing the changing circuit 140 to change the coded data stored in the calculation buffer 110, when the change is closed in the data in the buffer, on the basis of a result of determination of the calculation circuit 160, and rewriting the data with the recoded data by the coding circuit 150. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
