PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts feeder having high positioning accuracy when components are placed on an escapement and enabling stable conveyance and takeout of components. SOLUTION: This parts feeder comprises a conveying mechanism 1, an escapement mechanism 2, a vacuum type stopper mechanism 3 and an air curtain type stopper mechanism 4. The vacuum type stopper mechanism 3 comprises a plurality of holes 32 simultaneously sucking a plurality of electronic components P in the vicinity of a terminal of a conveying path 15 and a vacuum groove 31 constituted by binding up the plurality of holes 32. The air curtain type stopper mechanism 4 comprises an air outlet 42 positioned between the terminal part of the conveying path 15 and the escapement mechanism 2 and having a long narrow cross section to create an air curtain 41.
