<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management program, data management apparatus, and data management method capable of knowing contents of a reference source mail while suppressing that the contents of the reference source mail leaks carelessly with respect to related data specified by referring to the mail. <P>SOLUTION: In a mail content management server 30, a record is retrieved in which a call key K coincident with a call key K1 included in call data YD2 is correlated and a receiver user ID coincident with a display requester user ID included in the call data YD2 is correlated.
