A control device enabling the easy supporting and fixing of a substrate to a substrate support body and a reduction in man-hour for assembling, manufacturing cost, and the size of the substrate. The control device is formed by detachably mounting the substrate on the substrate support body installed on a base. The substrate support body comprises a guide of L-shape in cross section formed of a resin and fitted to one side end part of the substrate support body, a hook of L-shape in cross section fitted to the other side end part of the substrate support body, and a substrate loading part installed between the guide and the hook and supporting the lower surface of the substrate. The guide comprises, at its upper part, an engagement part engaged with one side end part of the substrate placed on the substrate loading part and the hook comprises, at its upper part, an engagement part engaged with the other side end part of the substrate placed on the substrate loading part. They are elastic and can be tilted.
