<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein a system has not been controlled so as to set up AV contents optimal to each embarkation flight, and to provide an AV environment that satisfies passengers in an AV content delivery system which provides video images and audios to a mobile, such as a commercial planes. <P>SOLUTION: A system control device 5 receives flight information from an aircraft system 6 and recognizes the types of AV contents requested by the passengers resting on the flight information. An AV server 1 automatically sets up AV contents delivered to seat terminals 2, taking these information into consideration the processing capacity of an AV server 1, and a network configuration. Information on the set AV contents is transmitted from the system control device 5 to the seat terminals 2.
