PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creating and irradiation system for a CT image data set of a tumor patient, having no complicatedness in constitution and advantageously manufactured. SOLUTION: This creating and irradiation system for a computer tomographic image data set of a patient includes: a rotary frame storing an X-ray source 2 and an X-ray detector 3 and moving around the system axis 4; an X-ray tube 2 having a diaphragm dynamically adjusted during the rotation of the rotary frame; an X-ray detector 3 having a plurality of detecting elements for measuring X-ray emitted from the X-ray tube 2; a calculating and control unit 9; a first operation mode for imaging, in which the X-ray tube 2 radiates an X-ray fan beam having a fixed fan angle to the X-ray detector 3 during the rotation of the rotary frame and a computer tomographic image data set is calculated from the measurement data of the X-ray detector 3; and a second operation mode for irradiation, in which a narrow fan beam varying concerning the vertical direction to the system axis 4 is radiated during the rotation of the rotary frame by use of the X-ray tube 2 used in imaging, and the X-ray fan beam is directed toward the tumor region in the patient and kept regardless of the rotating position of the rotary frame.
