PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair by which a sitting person can ride across a level difference part easily while sitting in the wheelchair and shock received from wheels can be reduced. SOLUTION: The wheelchair 10 comprises: a frame 14 supporting a seat part 12; and a plurality of main wheels 20 arranged one by one on both sides of the seat part 12 and rotatable to the frame 14. Each main wheel 20 has: an annular outer wheel 22 which is elastically deformed in a direction of the inside of a diameter and whose outer peripheral surface is coated with elastic rubber 24; an inner wheel 26 provided in an inward radial direction of the outer wheel 22; and an elastically deformable leaf spring 28 provided between the outer wheel 22 and the inner wheel 26.
