PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of efficiently preventing dew condensation at a blowoff port without being limited to the constitution of the blowoff port, the air quantity of cold air or warm air, or the like in a blowoff port device for blowing off cold air or warm air supplied from an air conditioner, from the center part of a cylindrical blowoff port base material. SOLUTION: This blowoff port device is formed by providing the blowoff port tip part of the blowoff port base material with a frame-like member with a built-in electric heater, preferably a frame-like member formed of a heat insulating material with an electric heater built in to be on the surface side.
