PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicine composition and an FXa inhibitor which comprise a carbamoyl type benzofuran derivative or its salt as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: The medicine composition and the FXa inhibitor comprise a carbamoyl type benzofuran derivative represented by general formula [1] (ring Z is a pyridine ring; A is a single direct bond or the like; Y is a cycloalkanediyl group or the like; R4and R5are each a lower alkyl group or the like; R1is a halogen atom or the like; ring B is a benzene ring; R3is a hydrogen atom or the like) or its physiologically acceptable salt as an active ingredient.
