PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liposome-containing preparation having a high inclusion ratio of a pharmaceutical compound. SOLUTION: This liposome-containing preparation contains a liposome which contains the pharmaceutical compound and one or more kinds of physiologically acceptable preparation auxiliary agents inside and outside a lipid membrane and does not substantially contain an organic solvent, wherein the liposome substantially comprises the lipid membrane composed of one sheet to ten sheets of membranes of a lipid and at least one kind of phospholipid having a transition temperature in a range of 40-65°C is contained in a lipid membrane constituent thereof. Further, the preparation is prepared by mixing supercritical carbon dioxide with a liposome membrane constituent, the pharmaceutical compound, and the preparation auxiliary agents, then discharging the carbon dioxide by reducing pressure inside a pressure vessel, so as to obtain an aqueous liposome dispersion in which the pharmaceutical compound is included, incubating the dispersion for 0.1-3 hr at a temperature range from the transition temperature of the phospholipid to a temperature higher by 10°C than the transition temperature, and further subjecting the incubated dispersion to filtration operation, so as to be formed into the preparation having a prescribed particle dispersion.
