A limited current apparatus for a parallel inverter is provided to selectively stop an operation of a control IC by comparing voltages of both ends of a lamp with a threshold voltage. A master inverter output detection unit detects an output voltage of a master inverter connected with one end of a lamp. A slave inverter output detection unit detects an output voltage of a slave inverter connected with the other end of the lamp. A control unit includes a program in order to receive the detected voltages from the master output detection unit and the slave inverter output detection unit, to compare the detected voltages with a stored threshold voltage, and stop an operation of a control IC(10) according to the compared result. |
