An air cleaner into which filters can be installed slidingly and removably, and which comprises cover rib is provided, wherein the cover rib prevents leakage of air through a passage through which a wire for supplying a power source to a fan motor of the air cleaner comes in and out. An air cleaner comprises: a front case and a rear case that form an external appearance of the air cleaner; a filter assembly having a plurality of filters for filtering alien substances contained in air; a blowing fan installed at one side of the filter assembly to generate a flow of air; a fan motor installed at one side of the blowing fan to provide the blowing fan with rotary power; an orifice(300) installed between the front case and the rear case to guide a flow of air; and an air guide(330) which is installed at one side of the orifice to guide a flow of air exhausted by the blowing fan, and on which a wire shelter hole(332) is penetratingly formed so that a wire for supplying a power source to the fan motor comes in and out through the wire shelter hole, wherein the air cleaner further comprises a cover rib integrally formed on the rear case to cover the wire shelter hole formed on the air guide.
