Procedure for obtaining permanent kinetic energy from permanent magnets is carried out in the way that by a disk-like two-sided magnetized permanent magnets intensify and modify direction of magnetic field from radial into axial and that magnets are guided along unique paths. In this procedure more energy is obtained than brought into. Device for obtaining a permanent kinetic energy from permanent magnets according to the first variation thereof includes a movable (2) and unmovable (1) magnet attraction energy of which is transferred onto a mechanical fly-wheel (68) that in a part of its accumulated energy returns the movable magnet (1) into initial position. Energy of attraction of a magnet is larger than the returning energy into its initial position. Device for obtaining a permanent kinetic energy from permanent magnets according to the second variation thereof comprises two magnets that its energy of attraction mechanically transfer onto the flywheel 27, that in a part of its accumulated energy returns magnets into initial position. Energy emitted by the magnets is larger than energy required for the returning into initial position thereof.
