Provided are a biodegradable polyester copolymer resin composition which is improved in tensile strength, tear strength and elongation, its preparation method, and a biodegradable polyester resin film prepared from the composition. The resin composition is prepared by injecting a composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a biodegradable polyester, 60-85 parts by weight of polybutylene succinate (comprising polybutyl succinate-co-butylene adipate)-based aliphatic polyester, 5-30 parts by weight of aliphatic/aromatic co-polyester resin, and 10-35 parts by weight of poly(lactic acid), with 0.05-1.0 parts by weight of an aromatic amine-based chain extender based on 100 parts by weight of the total composition, into a twin-screw extruder and compounding it.
