FIELD: medicine; cardio surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: cuff for heart's artificial valve is made of synthetic material. Tissue is impregnated with particles of restored silver. To produce cuff, synthetic material is subject to degreasing and impregnation of compound of silver solution. Then material is subject to drying and compound impregnated the material is restored till achieving metal silver. Material, covered with silver, is washed away of residuals of reagents. Then silver, that covers material, is passivated.
