A resin concrete form is provided to use for easily defective, breakable and contaminable structures using high-strength resin concrete, to improve in appearance by making patterns on the surface of concrete with a gel coat layer, and to install a panel easily and to exclude the necessity of an additional supporter when placing concrete. A resin concrete form(1) comprises: a gel coat layer formed on the outside to a thickness of 2 millimeters by spraying gel coat resins for coloring and polishing purposes; a resin concrete part formed adjacently to the gel coat layer and composed of 12 weight percent binder, 12 weight percent filler, 45.6 weight percent fine aggregate and 30.4 weight percent coarse aggregate; and solid wires(13) buried under the resin concrete part to the appointed thickness and projected at the appointed height to be buried under a concrete part.
