PURPOSE: A system and a method for guiding visitor using a robot are provided to set each robot as professional robots according to each zone after subdividing a guide zone by using a plurality of robots. CONSTITUTION: A visit information recognizer(110) transmits the visitor information after recognizing the visitor information. A lobby controller(120) transmits a new task report message including the visitor information to a central controller(130). The lobby controller receives a lobby guiding message including next guiding zone information. The lobby controller transmits the guide start command including the recognized information and the next guiding zone information to lobby zone robots. |
