A fixing element of the plug is arranged to induce a placement in tension of the springs. An axis of fixing to a stem is interdependent of the oven and is projected in the opening. The axis of fixing of the plug is tapped and the stem is threaded. The dimensions of the plug and the stem are determined to allow a screwing of the plug inducing a placement in tension of the springs whose edges are in contact with the plate. The discharge opening is surrounded by an edge of supporting the edges of the springs. The plug comprises a top in the plate and V- shaped openings (16). The paws (19) are connected between the top (13) and base of the plug and are shifted angularly with the paws forming springs.
