PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging product capable of protecting the quality of contents by exhibiting the oxygen collecting function. SOLUTION: The packaging product consists of a laminated body successively laminating a substrate film, a barrier property base film, an oxygen absorbing resin layer formed of a resin composition comprising an oxidizing resin and a transition metal catalyst, and a heat-sealable resin layer. The laminated body is overlapped with the face of the heat sealable resin layer opposing each other, and end parts around the outer periphery are heat-sealed to form a packaging bag. In addition, contents are filled in from an opening part into the packaging bag, and packaged. Before, after or simultaneously with the filling and packaging, the inner surface of the packaging bag is irradiated with ultraviolet rays having the ultraviolet wavelength zone of 200-280 nm in a range of the ultraviolet ray irradiation of 200-1,000 mJ/cm<SP>2</SP>. The inner surface of the laminated body to constitute the packaging bag is sterilized thereby, the oxygen absorbing performance is realized, and the opening part is heat-sealed to form and seal a seal part.
