A method for changing frequency channels of a wireless electronic medical apparatus is provided to enable a first transceiver to transmit a simultaneous frequency hopping signal to the second transceiver of a wireless receiver having the same serial number when there are signals simultaneously transmitted through the same frequency channel, thereby enabling a transmitter and the receiver to simultaneously change the frequency channels into different backup frequency channels. A method for changing frequency channels of a wireless electronic medical apparatus comprises the following steps of: using at least a first transceiver(15) and a second transceiver(25) in a wireless transmitting system; and enabling the first transceiver(15) to use a process that the first transceiver(15) on a wireless transmitter(10) recognizes the second transceiver(25) on a wireless receiver(20) having the same serial number so as to change the frequency channels. The process comprises the following steps of: enabling the first or second transceiver(15,25) to detect an identical frequency channel signal; and enabling the first or second transceiver(15,25) to transmit a simultaneous frequency hopping signal, and recognizing the second transceiver(25) or the first transceiver(15) of the identical serial number so as to simultaneously switch the frequency channels to a different identical backup frequency channel(60), and preventing the transceivers of a different serial number from receiving unwilled information.
