<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rare earth permanent magnet exhibiting excellent magnetic characteristics such as residual magnetic flux and coercive force in which productivity can be enhanced by expanding both the sintering temperature width and the aging temperature width. <P>SOLUTION: The rare earth permanent magnet has a composition of 25-35 wt.% of R (R is one kind or more than one kind selected from rare earth elements), 0-4 wt.% of Co (excluding 0), 0.5-4.5 wt.% of B, 0.02-0.6 wt.% of one kind or more than one kind selected from Cu and Al, 0.03-0.25 wt.% of Zr, 0.05-0.25 wt.% of Ga, 0.03-0.2 wt.% of O, and the reminder of Fe and inevitable impurities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
