PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with troubles which may occur in a mobile, when a remote control service is provided. SOLUTION: A remote control system 1 includes: a driving state acquisition part 102 which operates a driving system of an automobile M as the mobile and acquires driving system state data showing the state of the driving system corresponding to the operation; a driving system determination part 202 for determining whether a trouble occurs in the driving system or not on the basis of the acquired driving system state data; an appearance state acquisition part 102 for acquiring appearance state data of the automobile M; and a state storing/extraction part 203 for relating the acquired appearance state data to information specifying the automobile M and storing the appearance state data into a data storage part 250.
