PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which image data captured by a sensor can be transmitted to a host computer with a simple method. SOLUTION: Each pixel of the display device has two sensors 12a, 12b, a capacitor C3 to be used in common at the two sensors 12a, 12b in the same pixel, and a detecting circuit 41 to A/D-convert electric charges of the capacitor C3. The detecting circuit 41 is provided to the frame part of an array substrate. The detecting circuit 41 has transistors Q7, Q8, an amplifier 42 comprising a capacitor C4 and an inverter IV1, an inverter IV2, a latch 43, a transistor Q9, and a shift resistor 45 comprising a transistor Q10 and a resistor circuit 44 for every detecting line. The operating frequency of the shift resistor 45 can be delayed since the shift resistor 45 is divided into first/second shift resistor parts 45a, 45b and the output of each shift resistor part 45a, 45b is transmitted to a CPU by being alternately selected.
