PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic sample introduction device for injecting samples in a plurality of methods by one device. SOLUTION: The automatic sample introduction device comprises: a sample introduction section 10, having rotary valves 17, 18, a sampling loop 14, a needle 13, an injection port 15, and a metering pump 12; and a control section 20 having an operation control program for controlling the sample introduction section 10 for performing prescribed sample injection operation. In the automatic sample introduction device, a plurality of channel configurations are constructed by changing the piping connection of the sample introduction section 10 and the component exchange of the rotary valves, the operation control program comprises: a subroutine in which the operation details of each step for injecting samples is described; and a main routine in which the sample injection operation is described entirely by the combination of the subroutines, and the injection operation is controlled by allowing the main route to call an appropriate subroutine according to the current channel configuration.
