PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a magnetic panel having a constitution wherein a ruled line provided thereon is prevented from being scratched and peeled off by a magnetic pen or the like and made hard to see and wherein the ruled line has a function as a dark line and moreover the kind of the ruled line or the form of layout thereof can be changed to other one as occasion demands. SOLUTION: A plurality of liquid holding chambers constituted of small chambers adjacent to each other and divided by transparent partition walls are formed at the back of a transparent surface plate, and a dispersion liquid prepared by dispersing a magnetic material for display in a dispersion medium is held in the liquid holding chambers. In the magnetic panel thus constituted, a back plate provided with the ruled line is disposed at the back of the liquid holding chambers and the ruled line provided on the back plate is displayed through the transparent partition walls.
