PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the required moment rigidity by setting the pre-load not only in consideration of the resonance frequency of moment direction but also in consideration of the resonance frequency of axial and radial direction. SOLUTION: It is the process technology of the bearing unit that a double raw rolling mover 8 is incorporated along a shaft 6 between bearing rings (inner rings 10, 12 and outer rings 14, 16) that are arranged so that each of rings can be rotated relatively. While vibrating the bearing unit to the moment directions R1, R2 by vibrating the bearing ring by vibration exciters 32, 34 in a direction orthogonal to the shaft when pushing the bearing ring pressed into the shaft axially, the resonance frequency of the bearing unit in that case is measured and the press pressure is controlled to stop when its measured value reaches the predetermined range.
