<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel selection remote control device enabling a user to select channels according to preference of the user with less button operations. <P>SOLUTION: The channel selection remote control device 1 is provided with a power supply state determination means 13, which determines an on-state or an off-state of a broadcast receiver on the basis of the depression of a power button 2a, a point information accumulating means 14, which generates and accumulates point information showing a degree that a certain channel is selected on the basis of the time clocked by a clocking means 5 when it is judged that the broadcast receiver is in the on-state, a point information storage means (a storage part 6) for storing a cumulative value of the point information for each channel, and a channel selection control means 17 for selecting the channels on the basis of the cumulative value of the point information when a channel selection button 2c is depressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
