PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain wall structure capable of improving construction property of a so-called double skin curtain wall and facilitating its maintenance. SOLUTION: In this curtain wall structure 1 constituting a window part into a double structure composed of an outdoor side glass G<SB>0</SB>and an indoor side glass G<SB>I</SB>, providing an air layer 4 between both glasses, and providing flow passage switching devices 3, 2 in an upper part and/or a lower part of the window part, respectively, a space P for mounting of the flow passage switching device 3 corresponding to an installation section of the flow passage switching device 3 is formed between adjacent panel units 1B in the vertical direction, and the flow passage switching device 3 is installed by inserting it into the space P for mounting from an indoor side. A lower frame member 6 corresponding to an installation section of the flow passage switching device 2 has a structure divided in the vertical direction, and a space P for mounting of the flow passage switching device 2 is formed to install the flow passage switching device 2 by inserting it into the space P for mounting from an indoor side.
