<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed and highly reliable IC tag processing apparatus for transmitting electronic information under a stable radio communication environment for an IC tag equipped with a storage device and radio communication equipment. <P>SOLUTION: An IC tag processing apparatus 10 equipped with an R/W device 14 for reading/writing information to an IC tag 11 and an antenna 15 is arranged at the mounting side of the IC tag 11 arranged on a conveyance medium 12. Electronic information inputted from a computer or a control panel or the like to the IC tag processing apparatus so as to be recorded is inputted to an R/W device 14, and written in the IC tag 11 by radio communication. The R/W device 14a mounted on a mobile device 20 moves following the IC tag 11 moving in an arrow (a) direction, and the electronic information is written in the IC tag under the stable radio communication environment.
