<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire information relating to customer's consciousness of financial commodity without requesting any special work to a customer, and to provide effective information matched with the acquired customer consciousness in a business office system. <P>SOLUTION: In the business office system connected through a network to a plurality of information processors, an office system server is provided with a section cooperating with an Internet banking server, a section cooperating with a customer management server, a section for acquiring a transaction state, a section for acquiring consultation reservation information, a section for acquiring commodity information, a section for deciding validity information on the basis of a validity information decision standard and a section for storing the operation history of the customer.
