<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an adjustment time without lowering the adjustment accuracy and to bring low power consumption for a semiconductor integrated circuit, which can be adjusted so as to set circuit characteristics of an analog circuit within a predetermined range by changing the circuit characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: After the end of an adjustment operation for an analog circuit 1, a characteristic change signal as the result of the adjustment and a desired characteristic signal at that time are stored at a memory circuit 4.
