<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder discharge mechanism capable of feeding powder to a top end side while effectively preventing the staying of the powder. <P>SOLUTION: The powder discharge mechanism 4 is provided with a discharge port member 40 comprising a pipe-shaped front discharge port 4a and a hopper-shaped rear powder collecting part 4b continuously connecting protruding parts and recessed parts, a shaft member 5 arranged in the inside along an axis and of which the rear end is connected to a rear side motor 7, a plurality of spiral circular disk 41, 41... arranged to the shaft member 5 at respective attachment holes at predetermined intervals and attached adjusting the gaps between initial spiral ends and final spiral ends, springs 42 arranged between adjacent respective spiral circular disks 41, 41, wire-shaped protruding parts 43 protruded from the end parts and slid on the inner surface of the rear powder collecting part 4b by rotation of the shaft member 5, and a spring 6 for agitation arranged at the rear side of the shaft member 5, and is attached to the top end part of a powder discharge device and a powder nozzle from the inner side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
