PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating and recovering hydrogen chloride from a mixed gas containing aromatic compounds and hydrogen chloride, wherein energy saving performance is excellent. SOLUTION: The method for separating and recovering hydrogen chloride from a mixed gas containing aromatic compounds and hydrogen chloride includes following processes: a condensation process for obtaining a gas-liquid mixed fluid by condensing a mixed gas containing the aromatic compounds and hydrogen chloride; a gas-liquid separation process for obtaining a gas mainly containing hydrogen chloride and a solution mainly containing the aromatic compounds by separating the gas-liquid mixed fluid obtained in the condensation process; and a hydrogen chloride recovering process for separating and recovering hydrogen chloride gas by separately supplying the gas mainly containing hydrogen chloride and the solution mainly containing the aromatic compounds, obtained in the a gas-liquid separation process, to a gas separation column.
