PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an elevator for grasping an internal temperature of a motor for a door by detecting internal resistance data of the door motor, and surely protecting an internal coil of the door motor. SOLUTION: The control device for an elevator comprises: a detector 31 for detecting whether or not an elevator door which is opened/closed by the door motor is fully opened; and a resistance data detection means RM detecting data relating to the internal resistance of the door motor 5 by voltage applied to the door motor 5 and a motor current in the state of the elevator door which has been detected by the detector 31. A coil temperature state of the door motor 5 is detected by data relating to the internal resistance of the door motor 5 detected by the resistance data detection means RM.
