PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat actuator of simple structure for performing sequential operation from the operation for releasing reclining lock of a seat back of a vehicle seat to the operation for raising up the seat back which is fallen after releasing the reclining, with one motor. SOLUTION: This seat actuator is provided with a first gear, to which rotating torque generated by one electric motor is transmitted through a reduction gear and a clutch means inside a frame, a second gear engaged with the first gear, a third gear integrally provided with the second gear on the same shaft, a fourth gear engaged with the third gear, a first and a second crank means for converting rotation of the fourth gear to linear motion, a reclining lock releasing control cable and a seat back raising-up operation control cable respectively fixed in respective one ends thereof through the first and second crank means.
