PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding tool that can be easily assembled and inexpensively manufactured. SOLUTION: The binding tool 20 includes a body 22 with a nearly U-shaped cross-section. Ring members 30a, 30b are rotatably connected to both tip parts of the side plates 26a, 26b of the body 22 via hinge parts 28a, 28b for a ring member. Operating members 52a, 52b are rotatably connected to both end parts in the longitudinal direction of a bottom plate 24 of the body 22 via hinge parts 50a, 50b for an operating member. The body 22 of the binding tool 20, the ring members 30a, 30b, and the operating members 52a, 52b are integrally molded by a synthetic resin together with the hinge parts 28a, 28b for a ring member and the hinge parts 50a, 50b for an operating member.
