PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve appropriate distribution of pressure in a pillow with a portion supporting the region of a user's body from the cervical vertebrae to the thoracic vertebrae as well as the head part so that the portion is not an obstacle in using the pillow while the user is lying on the side. SOLUTION: The cervical vertebra protection pillow comprises a head support part for supporting the head and a cervical vertebra support part for supporting the region from the upper end of the thoracic vertebrae to the cervical vertebrae of the user when the assumed user puts the head on the head support part while lying on the back. The cervical vertebra support part is formed on the cervical vertebra side of the head support part and has such a width that the part ahead of the region between the scapulae of the user is held between the scapulae.
