An amplification-type solid state image device is provided to adjust the potential of an input part of an inversed amplifier by controlling a reset transistor and a switching part by a control part. The input part of a switched capacitor amplifier portion(20) is connected to the output part of each transfer transistor(2) of a photoelectric conversion transferring group which is obtained by grouping a plurality of photoelectric conversion transfer parts(10) composed of a photodiode(1) and a transfer transistor. The output part of the switched capacitor amplifier portion is connected to a vertical signal line(9). The switched capacitor amplifier portion includes a signal charge accumulating portion(8), an amplifier transistor(3) connected to the input part of the signal charge accumulating portion, a capacitor(6) connected between the input and the output of the amplifier transistor, and a reset transistor(5).
