Method of producing modular strips from plastic laminate board for use in making ceilings, decorative panels and containers, comprises a) heating the prepolimerized board at 120-170oC cause a secondary polymerization of monomers, b) forming the board into the desired shape of strip, c) and cooling the strip with a coolant flow. The first polymerization may be 40-60% and the second 80-98%.
