MASS PRODUCTION METHOD OF VA MYCORRHIZA ROOT-INOCULUM WHICH USES ULTRASONIC NEBULIZER

A mass production method of VA(vesicular arbuscular) mycorrhiza root-inoculum by using an ultrasonic nebulizer is provided to obtain a large quantity of VA mycorrhiza root-inoculum with minimized physical damage of VA mycorrhiza, and reduce weight of inoculum, so that the VA mycorrhiza promotes growth of plants. The mass production of VA mycorrhiza root-inoculum is accomplished by infecting a plant with the VA mycorrhiza, and culturing the VA mycorrhiza infected plant with treatment of ultraviolet by using the ultrasonic nebulizer, wherein the VA mycorrhiza is Gigasporas sp., Scutellospora sp., Glomerus sp., Acaulospora sp., Sclerocystis sp. and Entropospora sp.
