<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data writing method effective for prewrite system flash memory, or the like, and to enhance reliability of a flash memory being mounted on a single chip microcomputer, or the like, by improving the writing/erasing characteristics thereof. SOLUTION: In a flash memory being mounted on a single chip microcomputer, or the like, a read data RD to be read out from a designated address is generated at step S113 and the logical product data WDA of the read data RD and the bit inverted data WD1 of a write data WD to be written at a designated address is generated at step S115. Based on the logical product data WDA, a decision is made step S116 that the write operation has ended and creat a rewrite date WDR to be rewritten at a designated address where write operation has not yet ended is generated at step S117 based on an identical logical product data WDA.</p> |
