A flexible PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the stiffness of the flexible PCB, thereby realizing a hard disc drive, which drives an actuator even with a small electric power. A first conductive layer(120) is formed on one surface on an internal insulating layer(110) in a circuit pattern type. A first external insulating layer(125) is formed to cover the one surface of the internal insulating layer(110) and the first conductive layer(120). A second conductive layer(140) is formed on the other surface of the internal insulating layer(110) in a circuit pattern type. A second external insulating layer(145) is formed to cover the other surface of the internal insulating layer(110) and the second conductive layer(140).
