For instance when improvements of isolation are brought to the building The inputs, outputs, algorithms, memorization of data are carried out by software, in the last state of the technique by a computer using a securised dynamical Internet page accessible by every allowed person. Every information is communicated on a central screen, by dynamical internet page and by email to the responsible persons (administration, maintenance specialist, owners/tenants)
