FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of components for special vodka that comprises an aqueous-alcoholic liquid, citric acid, sodium hydrocarbonate, natural honey of light sorts and orange and bitter orange peal aromatic alcohol. Invention provides preparing supermild vodka with improved tasting quality, favorable synergistic effect of curative and biologically active properties of composition components. Among organoleptic indices the proposed vodka comprises the specific aroma and light sandal-raspberry-saffron tint.
