FIELD: mechanical engineering; instrumentation engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for vibration isolation of processing equipment, machine tools and instruments. Proposed vibration isolator with ring disk springs contains housing with elastic members. Housing is made in form of base and cover. Elastic members are made in form of at least two disk ring springs. Each ring spring consists of upper and lower elastic rings coupled by elastic plates and secured in housing through elastic bushings made of elastomer, installed between base, lower rings of spring and cover. Object to be vibration isolated is mounted on threaded bushing arranged in holes of upper rings of springs and fastened to springs by threaded joint through spacer bushings. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of vibration isolation at resonance, simplified design and mounting. ^ 4 cl, 5 dwg |
