FIELD: medicine, biology, ecology. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes alternate exposition of water sample having temperature of +4°C, normal and abnormal blood serum samples with infrared irradiation; multiple measurement of transmission coefficients, and determination of Machalanobis and Bartlett criteria values based on measured IR-transmission coefficient in reference to water with temperature of +4°C, that characterize normal and abnormal blood serum. Then testing blood serum sample is exposed with infrared irradiation and based on measured IR-transmission coefficients in reference to water with temperature of +4°C, Machalanobis and Bartlett criteria values are determined. State of testing blood serum is identified by comparison of Machalanobis and Bartlett criteria values for testing blood serum and normal and abnormal blood serum. Blood serum and water samples are used in form of superthin layer. ^ EFFECT: objective quantitative method for evaluation of blood serum state. ^ 9 cl, 1 ex |
