FIELD: mechanical engineering; instrumentation engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for vibration isolation of processing equipment, machine tools and instruments. Proposed vibration isolator with ring disk spring contains housing with elastic members. Housing is made in form of base and cover. Elastic members are made in form of disk ring spring consisting of upper and lower elastic rings coupled by elastic plates and secured in housing through peripheral bushing installed between base, lower ring of spring and cover. Object to be vibration isolated is installed on threaded bushing arranged in hole of upper ring of spring and attached to spring by threaded joint. Ring spring is made in form of at least flat elastic coaxially arranged rings, upper and lower ones, interconnected by means of two flat elastic plates. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of vibration isolation at resonance, simplified design and mounting. ^ 4 cl, 5 dwg |
