<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain satisfactory sound pressure property even when multilayering a piezoelectric material for miniaturization and thickness reduction by reducing operation obstruction of the piezoelectric material due to an internal electrode. <P>SOLUTION: At electrodes 102 and 112 inserted between piezoelectric sheets 100, 110 and 120, holes 109 and 119 are formed respectively. Thus, hardness or rigidity when considering the electrodes 102 and 112 as the whole is reduced, so that compliance to the variation of the piezoelectric sheets 100, 110 and 120 is improved. When the operation obstruction as the piezoelectric laminate is reduced, the property of the piezoelectric sheets 100, 110 and 120 which is close to an original piezoelectric property is obtained, and sound pressure is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
