<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable control by preventing malfunctions of light emission drive sequence control. <P>SOLUTION: An image display device 1 includes a memory 31, where a plurality of data sets and data flags corresponding to these data sets are stored; a control part 30 which reads out a data set and a corresponding data flag, in accordance with a timing synchronized with a synchronizing signal and discriminates whether the data set has validity, on the basis of the read data flag; and a signal output part 32, which supplies a control signal causing drive pulse generating circuits 16, 17A, and 17B to generate drive pulses of a classification that correspond to the read data set, so long as it is not discriminated that the data set has validity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
